IMPROVED HEALTH ACTION STEPS

Start Breathing!
Feed those cells more energizing oxygen. Breath from the diaphragm.

Exercise
Get some form of frequent fun activity, i.e. brisk walks in the park. Move those muscles and joints, activate your heart and lungs, pump that lymph system.

Sleep
Ahhh...30% of your life...enjoy it on your back or side. A semi-firm mattress and moderate size pillow are best...no foam rubber pillows!

More Water!
Drink 6-8 glasses of clean water per day. Please don't take this step for granted. A stagnating swamp...or a mountain stream. It's your choice!

Food
Start eating larger percentages of "un-cooked" enzymatically-alive foods...five or more servings of raw fruits and vegetables each day (snack them).

  • Try to "combine" your meals correctly - avoid eating heavy starches and proteins at the same time.
  • Minimize "junk foods"....you know them...get real!!!
